Newbury Village has a tremendous clubhouse, and the Still River is adjacent to our property

Clubhouse

Notes:

The Newbury Village Club accommodates up to 97 people. It includes the main social room (pictured), a food preparation area, billiard room, and activities room. The food prep area has a refrigerator, microwave, standard oven, dishwasher, sink, and cabinets.
Billiard Room

Notes:

Play pool and watch TV in our billiard room. We have a plywood cover for the pool table, stored in the lower level closet, that can be used during parties in the clubhouse.
Activities Room

Notes:

This is where our clubs meet, to knit, read, and play games. This room is often used for buffet service when there are large parties in the clubhouse.
Exercise!

Notes:

The exercise room overlooks the pool and includes men and women locker rooms with showers. There are treadmills, bikes, and weights available for residents to use at any time.
Swimming Pool

Notes:

Usually open from Memorial Day to mid-September, the pool is enjoyed by many of our residents and their guests. See the "Pool Rules" in the Documents section of the web site. Link to rules
Deck and Grill

Notes:

Intended for use by residents of The Grand, the deck with grill and Lanei overlooks a water feature and is adjacent to the Still River.
The Still River

Notes:

The Still River's headwaters are in Danbury, near the New York border. It flows through Lake Kenosha, behind the Mall, and through downtown Danbury. It then turns north, following Federal Road, to its discharge into the Housatonic River just north of the Lover's Leap bridge. Newbury Village residents can enjoy the river from the footpath that starts behind The Grand. The kayak ramp provides access to the water.

The river level is monitored continuously with data available on-line.
